  • Express delivery $28 
  • Free standard delivery in Australia for orders $99 and over.

Australia Post delivery time:

  • Standard Post 2 - 14 days
  • Express Post 2 -  3 days

Sendle delivery Time: 

  • Standard Post 2 - 14 days

  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout or contact us for postage if you experience any issues at check out and we'll be glad to help.
  • Free standard delivery to New Zealand for orders over NZD$330 *(< 20kg)

 

 

 🔔International shipping (outside Australia & New Zealand):

  • Standard Post 7 - 28 days ( Depending on the country, most countries 7 - 14 days )
  • Shipping cost calculated at checkout or contact us for postage if you experience any issues at check out and we'll be glad to help.
  • Free international standard delivery for orders over AUD $599 *(< 20kg)
*Please note: Each country have their own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country, please check with your country purchase limits before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

 

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours of purchase confirmation.
You'll receive order tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timings are subject to shipping provider services. 
Spades Crystals will not be liable for postage delay, lost or damages.
 

 

Return/ Refund policy:

Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind. All sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed to have a major fault.

Please inspect each crystal thoroughly before purchasing as there will be no returns, refunds or replacement. I've included detailed videos and photos of each piece for your viewing pleasure and so you can inspect each piece intimately before making the purchase.

   

Returns / Refunds will only be offered if products have arrived faulty/damaged.

All sales are final and non-refundable unless you receive faulty/damaged product(s). Please email at info@spadescrystals.com.au within 7 days of you receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return/refund, you must email us with a picture of the faulty/damaged product(s), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  

Damages and issues:

All items purchased from Spades Crystals are carefully packed with love and care. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel based on change of mind!

If you purchase products from our website, and the order is paid for and processed then you decide to cancel your order before the item/s are shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
