This is a very simple protection spell that you can construct around your Body. It will protect you mentally and physically.
Step 1. Sit quietly by yourself without distraction. In meditation, Silence is the key to your own Mind.
Step 2. Imagine a pyramid made of White Light and put yourself in the middle of the pyramid. See yourself in third person view with the pyramid of White Light completely covering your Body. The more you practice mental visualisation, the easier and more vivid the image will be in your Mind. This practice will also help you increase your manifestation skill.
Step 3. Call your Guides to help you maintain this Pyramid of Light around you. From my personal experiment, calling your Guides for help like maintaining a protective shield is like using cheat codes in a Game. You get a tremendous advantage with Helpers from the other side. Use it unapologetically and use it with Love.
