Flower Agate helps us let go of old emotional pattern. It brings awareness to the re-occurring narratives in our mind.
Bringing these old emotional patterns to our awareness is so important because it then gives us a chance to consciously decide whether those narratives still serve us or are they simply stories we've bought into from our past experiences.
